2059 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1676 ON 24TH DAY OF MARCH 1975 EMBARKED ON PROJECT CONCERNED WITH INFILTRATION/INFLOW ANALYSIS ETCRESOLUTION N0. 2059
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 1676, on the 24th day of March,
1975, embark upon a project concerned with infiltration/inflow
analysis; studies, surveys and evaluations; environmental assess-
ments and evaluations; project coordination; and project develop-
ment within the guide lines of the Texas Water Quality Board and
the Environmental Protection Agency; and,
WHEREAS, Hayter Engineering, Inc., was commissioned to
proceed with said project and has this date presented to the
City Council of the City of Paris a Facility Plan, Environmental
Assessment and Public Hearing Record for its approval in con-
junction with Waste Water Facility Improvements project No.
C-48-1248-01; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris does find
that such Plan, Assessment, and Record should be approved; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the following described components of the Waste Water
Facility Improvements project No. C-48-1248-01 Facility Plan,
Environrnental Assessment, and Public Hearing Record, attached
hereto as Exhibits A, B, and C, be respeetively adopted, approved,
and found to be complete and in substantial conpliance with law.
