2057 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTITLED PHASE IIRESOLUTION N0. 2057 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has under-
taken a project of construction entitled PHASE II, 17th STREET,
S. E. DRAINAGr PROJECT in accorciance with plans and specifi-
cations prepared by ?Zichard Babb, P.E.; and,
WHEP.EAS, the easement descrintions necessary for the
completion of said drainage project are shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described
drainage easec:lents are necessary for said improvement project
and that the sar.ie should be condemned; NOW, TKEREFORF,
BE Ii RESOLVED 8Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF PARIS,
That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to Droceed to condeznn the above de-
scribed property to be used for Phase II, 17th Street, S. E.
Drainage Proj ect.
