2043 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1944 ESTABLISHED HOUSING REHABILITATION REVIEW BOARD WHICH CONSISTED ON 5 MEMBERSRESOLUTION NO. 2043
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in
Resolution No. 1944 establish a Housing Rehabilitation Review Board,
which Board consisted of five (5) members, citizens of Paris and
appointed for two year terms; and,
WHEREAS, one of the Board Members originally appointed,
Addie Bufford, has resigned; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone,
does hereby appoint Walter F. Williams to serve out the unexpired
term of Addie Bufford, which term ends June 30, 1981; NOW, THERE-
FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the term of Walter F. Williams, to serve out the un-
expired term of Addie Bufford, as Target Area No. 2 Member,
Housing Rehabilitation Review Board, which term ends June 30, 1981,
is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and con-
firmed.
