2041 RES ARTICLE 4436a-1 REQUIRES ADVISORY BOARD OF HEALTH SHALL CONSIST OF 7 MEMBERSRESOLUTION NO. 2041 .
WHEREAS, Article 4436a-1, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes re-
quires that the Advisory Board of Health of the City of Paris and
County of Lamar shall consist of seven (7) members who are resi-
dent citizens of Lamar County who have resided within the County
for a period of more than three (3) years next preceding the time
of their appointments; and,
WHEREAS, the term of office of C. D. McMillan has expired,
and it is necessary to replace or re-appoint a person to fill the va-
cancy created by the expiration of his term; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone,
has recommended the re-appointment of C. D. McMillan, who con-
tinues to be qualified, to serve on said Advisory Board of Health oE
the City of Paris and County of Lamar, for a term of two (2) years,
beginning July 1, 1980 and ending June 30, 1982; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That C. D. McMillan be re-appointed as a member to serve
on the Adv.isory Board of Health of the C.ity of Paris and County of
Lamar for a term of two (2) years, beginning July l, 1980 and end-
ing June 30, 1982.
