2036 RES TERM OF OFFICE OF FREDDY SWAIM AS MEMBER OF P&Z COMM WILL EXPIRE ON JUNE 30 1980RESOLUTION NO. 2036 .
WHEREAS, the term of office of Freddy Swaim, as a member
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the C.ity of Par.is, will
expire on June 30, 1980, and it is necessary to appoint his successor,
and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, hav.ing re-
appointed Freddy Swaim, to serve on the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Par.is, for a term of three (3) years, be-
ginning July 1, 1980 and end.ing June 30, 1983, and has submitted the
name of such person to the C.ity Counc.il of the City of Paris; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the re-appointment of Freddy Swaim, to serve as a
member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris,
for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1980 and ending
June 30, 1983, .is by the City Council of the C.ity of Paris hereby
approved and confirmed.
