2026 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTITLED PHASE I 17TH ST SE DRAINAGE PROJECTRESOLUTION N0. 2026
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled PHASE I, 17th
STREET, S. E. DRAINAGE PROJECT in accordance with plans and
specifications prepared by Richard Babb, P. E.; and ,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said drainage project are shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above de-
scribed drainage easements are necessary for said improvement
project and that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the above de-
scribed property to be used for Phase I, 17th Street, S, E.
Drainage Project.
