WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris and the Board
of Trustees of Paris Independent School District have heretofore by
resolution and interlocal contract created a Joint Board of Equaand
tion to consist of three (3) residents, who are c~ualifted ~ ~ters
real property owners in said Ci.ty and District; and,
WHEREAS, Robert Armi~e~'; Robert Irion an~ D. Mills, Jr.
are qualified to serve on said Joint Boari~ of Eauali~ati~~n; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF PARIS INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT, That they do hereby appoint Robert Armiger,
Robert Irion an~ J. D. Mills, Jr. , as members of the Joint Board
of Equalization for the City of Paris and Paris Independent School
District.
Passed an~ adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the City Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, this the 14th day of April, 1980.
