2017 RES CITY COUNCIL RECEIVED REQUEST FOR TEMORARY ZONING ON LOT 9 CITY BLOCK 170ARESOLUTION N0, ~017
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
received a request for temporary zoning on Lot 9, City Block
170A, for the location of a concrete batching plant to serve
Uvalde Construction Company, the primary contractar for High-
way 19/24 South construction project, from Evergreen Street
South to the City limit line; and,
WHEREAS, Barney Bray III, d/b/a B& B Equipment Company
is the equitable owner of said lot and makes said request;
and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the
citizens of Paris that such request be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Barney Bray III, d/b/a B& B Equipment Company is
hereby granted temporary zoning for the purpose of locating a
concrete batching plant on Lot 9, City Block 170A.
