2009 RES CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED SEWER SERVICE TO LOT 1F CITY BLOCK 306RESOLUTION N0. 2009 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
authorize the sewer service to Lot 1F, City Block 306, in accordance
w.ith plans and specifications prepared by E. L. Killingsworth, Jr. ,
P, E. ; and,
WHEREAS, the easements necessary for the completion of said
service have been heretofore procured with the exception of the
easement described on Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described
utility easement is necessary for said sewer service and that the
same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the above described
property, to be used for sewer service to Lot 1F~ City Block 306.
