WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has under-
taken a project of construction of a 39 Foot paved street, meas-
ured from back to back of concrete curb with related facilities,
utilities and other appurtenances on Blake Road from East edge
of pavement in Fitzhugh Avenue (9th Street, N.E.) approximately
3500 feet Easterly to West edge o~ pavement in 20th Street, N,E,;
and,
WHEREAS, the right-of-way her~after described in nine (9)
parcels, with owners ~hown immediately after each, is necessary
for such street project; said parcels being as followso

Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a portion of
Lot 9, City B1ock 174A and being more particularly

WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described
parcels of right of way are necessary for said improvement project
and that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to proceed to condemn the above described property
to be used for Blake Road improvement project from East edge of
pavement in Fitzhugh Avenue (9th Street, N.E.) approximately
3500 feet Easterly to West edge of pavement in 20th Street, N.E.
