1906 RES TERMS OF MEMBERS OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT WILL EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 1978RESOLUTION N0. 1906 .
WHEREAS, the terms of inembers of the Board of Adjustment to
construe and administer Ordinance No. 1710, will expire on December 31,
1978; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint and re-appoint certain
members of said Board of Adjustment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
F. D, Mallory, III, Curtis W. Wallace, W. M. Lightfoot, Spencer Abbett,
and Richard Nafe, be, and they are hereby appointed as regular members
of the Board of Adjustment, to serve for a term of two (2) years, begin-
ning January 1, 1979 and ending December 31, 1980.
