1909 RES VACANCY ON MEMBERSHIP OF P&Z COMMRESOLUTION N0. 1909 ,
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris due to Herschel
R. McI<inney moving from the City of Paris, and the term of office of
Raymond T. Fuller as a member of said Commission will expire on
December 31, 1978, and it is necessary to appoint their successors,
and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, having ap-
pointed Lucy Terpening to serve ~he unexpired term of Herschel R.
McKinney, which ends June 30, 1979, and having appointed Bruce
McMonigle for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1979
and ending December 31, 1981, and has submitted the names of such
persons to the City Council of the City of Paris ; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the appointment of Lucy Terpening, to serve the unex-
pired term of Herschel R. McKinney, which ends June 30, 1979, and
the appointment of Bruce McMonigle, for a term of three (3) years,
beginning January l, 1979 and ending December 31, 1~81, as mem-
bers of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris,
are by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and
confirmed.
