1910 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1741 ESTABLISHED TREE PRESERVATION COMMITTEERESOLUTION N0. 1910 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
in Resolution No. 1741 establish a Tree P~eservation Committee; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of Dick Wright as Realtor and Connie
Justice as Alternate, Marcus Roden as a Business Person and Mrs.
Hoyle Barr as a Member-at-Large from the Council of Garden Clubs,
will expire on December 31, 1978, and the Mayor oE the City of Paris,
Michael E. Malone, having appo.inted Sara Bell as Realtor and Sue
Rainey as Alternate, June Reep as a Business Person and Nora Hayter
as a Member-at-Large from the Council of Garden Clubs, to serve on
the Tree Preservation Committee for a term of two (2) years, beginning
January l, 1979 and ending December 31, 1980, and has submitted the
names of such persons to the Ci.ty Council of the City of Paris; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the appointments of Sara Bell as Realtor and Sue Rainey
as Alternate, June Reep as a Business Person and Nora Hayter as a
Member-at-Large from the Council of Garden Clubs, on the Tree
Preservation Committee, for a term of two (2) years, beginning
January l, 1979 and ending December 31, 1980, be, and the same
are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of
Paris.
