1966 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF P&Z COMMRESOLUTION N0. 1966 .
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris due to
Jerry Johnson moving from the City of Paris, and it is necessary
to appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris,
Michael E. Malone, having appointed Shirley Brigham
to serve the unexpired term of Jerry Johnson, which ends
December 31, 1980, and has submitted the name of such person
to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That the appointment of Shirley Brigham,
as a member of the Planning and Zonir~g Commission of the
City of Paris, to serve the unexpired term of Jerry Johnson,
which ends December 31, 1980, is by the City Council of the
City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
