1807 RES CITY COUNCIL RECEIVED RECOMMENDATION OF P&Z COMMRESOLUTION N0, 1807 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, upon receipt
of the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, does
hereby consider the permitting under Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of
concession activities in conjunction with park activities; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris does hereby
find that a concession activity is a park activity and is not a
General Retail activity; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That a concession activity, open only for scheduled activities
to which the public is invited and to which the public is expected to
attend, is a permitted use in any district where parks are a per-
mitted use.
