1809 RES TERM OF OFFICE OF CARL DEWEESE ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS BECAME VACANTRESOLUTION N0, 1809 ,
WHEREAS, the term of office of Carl Deweese on the Board of
Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris has
become vacant due to his death; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. I. McClanahan and James
R. Moore on said Board wi11 expire on June 30, 1977; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by the
Mayor, James M. Brunette, that Ruth Hancock fill the unexpired term
of Carl Deweese and be appointed for a term of two (2) years, be-
ginning July l, 1977 and ending June 30, 1979, and that F. I.
McClanahan and James R. Moore be re-appointed to said Board for
a term of two (2) years, beginning July l, 1977 and ending June 30,
1979; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PAF,IS, That Ruth Hancock, be, and she is hereby appointed as a
member of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of the City of Paris for the remainder of the unexpired term of
Carl Deweese and for a term of two (2) years, beginning July l,
1977 and ending June 30, 1979; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That F. I. McClanahan and
James R. Moore, be, and they are hereby re-appointed as members
of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the
City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning July l, 1977
and ending June 30, 1979.
