1811 RES LAMAR COUNTY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT CONSTRUCTING LINE ADJACENT TO SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF FM 1499RESOLUTION N0. 1811 ,
WHEREAS, the Lamar County Water Supply District is con-
structing a line adjacent to the South Boundary Line of F. M. 1499
which will cross the City of Paris Lake Crook property near its
Ncrthern Boundary Line; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris wishes to
cooperate with the Lamar County Water Supply District in its en-
deavors to serve the citizens of Lamar County with treated water;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette,
be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Paris a water utility easement in favor of Lamar
County Water Supply District, granting to said District a 20 foot
easement adjacent to the South Boundary Line of F. M. 1499 across
the .Northern most extension of the Lake Crook property, all of
which is adjacent to said Farm to Market Road.
