1812 RES OPERATING EXPENSES AND CAPITAL OUTLAY OF CITY GOVERNMENT HAVE BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN APPROPRIATION ACCOUNTSRESOLUTION N0. 1812 ,
WHEREAS, certain operating expenses and capital outlay of the
City government have been over expended in appropriation accounts of
1976-77 fiscal year, which items are as follows:
GENERA L FUND
GENERAL GOVERNMENT:

City Attorney 2, 075. 00
PUBLIC SAFETY:
Police 4, 925. 00
Fire 3, 650. 00
PUBLIC WORKS:
Traffic & Public Lighting 18, 375. 00
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
Community Development 2, 025. 00
Grand Total $43, 800. 00
AND, WHEREAS, the Contingent Appropriation balance of the
City of Paris as of June 14, 1~77 is in the amount of $68, 588. 00;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Director of Finance, H. C. Greene, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Contingent
Appropriation Account as shown in the fiscal 1976-77 Budget, the
sum of $43, 800. 00, to be credited to the following accounts:
GENERAL FUND
GENERAL GOVERNMENT:
