1816 RES TERMS OF MEMBERS OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO ADMINISTER ORD NO 1710 EXPIRED DECEMBER 31 1976RESOLUTION N0. 1816 .
WHEREAS, the terms of inembers of the Board of Adjustment
to construe and administer Ordinance No. 1710, expired December 31,
1976; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to re-appoint certain members of
said Board of Adjustment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That F. D. Mallory, III, Herschel McKinney, Charlie Walker
and James R. Moore, be, and they are hereby appointed as regular
members of the Board of Adjustment, to serve for a term of two
years ending December 31, 1978.
