WHEREAS, the terms of office of Bethel F. Holmes,
Richard L. Fuller, Julian T. Hendren and Jane Moore, as members
of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, did expire on
June 30, 1977; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the Cxty of Paris, James M.
Brunette, has re-appointed Richard L. Fuller, Julian T. Hendren
and Jane Moore for terms ending June 30, 1980, and has appointed
Frank Sherman to succeed Bethel F. Holmes; NOW, THERErORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY Z'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That the re-appointments of Richard L. Fuller, Julian
T. Hendren and Jane Moore, and the appointment of Frank Sherman,
to serve as members of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris,
for a term of three (3) years, ending June 30, 1980, be, and the
same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris.
