1842 RES ANTIRECESSION FISCAL ASSISTANCE FUND (1976) REVENUES EXCEEDED BUDGETED APPROPRIATIONSRESOLUTI~N N0. 1842 ,
WHEREAS, the Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Fund (1976)
revenues exceeded the budgeted appropriations; and,
WHEREAS, the Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Fund (1976)
revenues must be expended within six months of their receipt; and,
WHEREAS, such six months period would expire prior to the
approval of the 1978 -79 annual budget which would include such
appropriations; and,
WHEREAS, an Antirecessi.on Fiscal Assistance I'und (1977) has
been created wherein appropriations exceed anticipated revenue;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Director of Finance, H, C. Greene, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Antirecession
Fiscal Assistance Fund (1976) the sum of $4, 530. 32, to be credited
to the Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Fund (1977).
