1845 RES TERMS OF DOYLE WHITAKER ET AL AS MEMBERS OF BUILDING COMM EXPIRED ON DECEMBER 31 1975RESOLUTION N0. 1845 0
WHEREAS, the terms of Doyle Whitaker, Donald Stone and
Nathan Bell, as members of the Buil ding Commission expired on
December 31, 1975; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of Morris Misso, Jack Denman and
David Kennemer, as members of the Building Commission wi11
expire on December 31, 1977; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to fill the vacancies created by the
expiration of terms; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY T~~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Doyle Whitaker, Donald Stone and Nathan Bell, be, and
they are hereby re-appointed as members of the Building Commission
under the classifications of Home Builder, Plumber and Realtor, re-
spectively, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January l, 1978
and ending December 31, 1979, and that Morris Misso, Jack Denman
and David I<ennemer, be, and they are hereby re-appointed as mem-
bers of the Building Commission under the classifications of
Commercial Builder, Developer and Insurance Agent, respectively,
for a term of four (4) years, beginning January l, 1978 and ending
December 31, 1981.
