1846 RES TERM OF CEDRIC TOWNSEND AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE WILL EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 1977RESOLUTION N0. 1846 ,
WHEREAS, the term of Cedric Townsend, as Municipal Judge
in the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1977; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Cedric Townsend, a resident of the City of Paris, be,
and he is hereby re-appointed to serve as Municipal Judge, for the
term beginning January 1, 1978 and ending December 31, 1979, at
such salary as the City Council may fix from time to time during
s uch term.
Passed and adopted this 30th day of December, 1977.
