1847 RES TERM OF OFFICE OF GYLES NORWOOD AS MEMBER OF FIREMEN'S AND POLICEMEN'S CIVIL SERVICE COMM WILL EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 1977RESOLUTION N0. 1847 ,
WHEREAS, the term of office of Gyles Norwood as a member
of the Firemen's and Policemen`s Civil Service Commission of the
City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1977, and the City Manager
of the City of Paris, I<erry R. Sweatt, having re -appointed Gy1es
Norwood for a term o~ three (3) years and has submitted the name of
such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the re-appointmenr, of Gyles Norwood, as a member of
the Firemen's and Policemen's Civil Service Commission of the City
of Paris, to serve for a term of three (3) years, beginning January l,
1978 and ending December 31, 1980, is by the City Council of the
City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
Passed and adopted this 30th day of December, 1977.
