1848 RES COP BY ADOPTION OF ELECTRICAL ORD PROVIDED FOR APPOINTMENT OF AN ELECTRICAL BOARDRESOLUTION N0. 1848 .
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, by its adoption of an Electrical
Ordinance, provided for the appointment of an Electrical Board; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Frank Horne, George Crane,
Bill Adams and Thomas Robinson, Members of said Board, will ex-
pire on December 31, 1977; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette,
has recommended to the City Council the re-appointment of Frank
Horne, George Crane, Bill Adams and Thomas Robinson, to serve as
members of the Electrical Board, for a term of two (2) years, be -
ginning January l, 1978 and ending December 31, 1979; NOW, THERE -
FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the recommendation of the Mayor be accepted and
approved, and that the re-appointment of Frank Horne, George Crane,
Bill Adams and Thomas Robinson, as Members of the Electrical
Board, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January l, 1978 and
ending December 31, 1979, be, and the same are hereby made.
Passed and adopted this 30th day of December, 1977.
