1852 RES CITY COUNCIL IN ORD 2285 CLOSE THE ALLEY~.~~~.3 RESOLUTION N0. 1852 , WIIEREAS, upon request of the adjoir~ing property owners and upon the finding of no public necessity, the City Council of the City of Paris did in Ordinance No. 2285 close the alley, beginning at the West Boundary Line of 20th Street, N. W. , at the South East Corner of Lot 1 and the North East Corner of Lot 12, Block 2, Westside Addition, being 15 feet ~vide, and extending in a Westerly directian approYimately 300 feet, more or less, to the East Boundary Line of the dedicated right of way of 21st Street, N. W. and the South West Corner of Lot 6 and the North West Corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Westside Addition, lying adjacent to the South Bound~ry Lines of Lots 1 through 6 and adjacent to the North Boundary Lines of Lots 7 through 12, all in Block 2, Westside Addition, and the alley, beginning at the West Boundary Line of the dedicated right of way of 21st Street, N. W. the Sou~h East Corner of Lot 1 and the North East Corner of Lot 12, Block 3, Westside Addition, being 15 feet wide, and extending in a Westerly direction approximately 300 Eeet, more or less, to the East Boundary Lfne of 22nd Street, N. W. and the South West Corner of Lot 6 and the North West Corner of Lot 7, Block 3, Westside Addition, lying adjacent to the South Boundary Lines of Lots 1 through 6 and adjacent to the North Boundary Lines o~ Lots 7 through 12, all in Block 3, Westside Addition; and, • WHEREAS, it is appropria~e that the property contained in the alleys closed by conveyed, one -half each to the record title holders of the adjacent propexty on the date of such closure, being May 10, 1976; NOW, THERETORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M.
