1861 RES CITY COUNCIL IS DESIROUS OF SECURING WATER FOR ITS CITIZENS AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF COPRESOLUTION N0, 1861 . WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is desirous of securing water for its citizens and the future development of its City and service area; and, WHEREAS, in order to provide for said future needs, it is in the best interest of the citizens of Paris that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Water Storage Space in Pat Mayse Lake, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, be executed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the contract for Water Storage Space in Pat Mayse Lake, entitled Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Contract No. DA-34-066-CIVENG- 65-1272, with the United States of America, upon the terms and conditions and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
