1867 RES TERM OF OFFICE FOR FURTH HANCOCK ON BOARD OF COMM IS VACANTRESOLUTION N0. 1867 ,
WHEREAS, the term of office of Ruth Hancock on the Board of
Commissioners of the Housing Auth~rity of the City of Paris has be-
come vacant due to her death; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. D. McLaughlin and Oneal
Smtih on said Board will expire on June 30, 1978; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by the
Mayor, Michael E. Malone, that Nadine Ausbie be appointed to fill
the unexpired term of Ruth Hancock which ends June 30, 1979, and
that Clovis Graves and Linda Brock be appointed to said Board for a
term of two (2) years, beginning July l, 1978 and ending June 30, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Nadine Ausbie, be, and she is hereby appointed as a
member of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of
the City of Paris to fill the unexpired term of Ruth Hancock which
ends June 30, 1979; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Clovis Graves and Linda
Brock, be, and they are hereby appointed as members of the Board
of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, for
a term of two years, beginning July l, 1978 and ending June 30,
1980.
