1875 RES CERTAIN OPERATING EXPENSES AND CAPITAL OUTLAY OF CITY GOVERNMENT HAVE BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN APPRORIATION ACCOUNTSRESOLUTION N0. 1g75 0
WHEREAS, certain operating expenses and capital outlay of the
City government have been over expended in appropriation accounts of
1977 78 fiscal year, which items are as follows:

City Attorney 1, 000. 00
Judicial l, 000. 00
Total $1 l, 025. 00
AND, WHEREAS, the Contingent Appropriation balance of the
City of Paris as of June 15, 1978 is in the amount of $83, 783, 00;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, ~at the Director o~ Finance, H. C. Greene, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Contingent
Appropriation Account as shown in the fiscal 1977-78 Budget, the
sum of $11, 025. 00, to be credited to the following accounts;

GENERAL GOVERNMENT;
