1894 RES CITY COUNCIL IS AWARE WATER CUSTOMERS OF COP DAILY CONSUMPTION IS WITHIN WATER DEPT'S ABILITYRESOLUTION N0, 1894 ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is aware
of the fact that the water customers of the City of Paris daily
consumption is within the Water ~epartment of the City of Paris'
ability to treat and transport water, and that therefore the
emergency declared on the 12th day of July, 1978 in Resolution
No, 1877 no lon~er exists; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it appropriate to cease
water rationing; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That water rationing established in Resolution No. 1~78 is
to be revoked by the City Manager when he is assured ~hat
there is ample water.
