1896 RES CITY COUNCIL DEEMS IT IN BEST INTEREST OF CITIZENS OF PARIS BE SERVED BY MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENTRESOLUTION N0, 1896 , ____r_~___
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, deems it
in the best interest of the citizens of Paris that they be
served by a Municipal ~overnment which provides equal employment
opportunities; and,
WHEREAS, the Affirmative Action plan attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" will promote equal opportunity; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the Affirmative Action Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
be, and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the Mayor,
Michael E. Malone, the City Manager,Robert W. Sokoll and the
EEO Officer,H. C. ~reene are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the same.
