Consideration of and action on the following ordinances:
Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by revising
Section 19-16 of Article II of Chapter 19, entitled "Junked Vehicles,"
revising certain definitions therein to conform with State law.
Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by revising
Section 2-98 thereof, providing for an increase in certain emergency
and non-emergency ambulance service rates.
Consideration of and action on the following bids received at public bid
openings:
Furnishing and delivery of Liquid Cationic Polyacrylamide Emulsion
(Flocculant) for use in the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

the Paris Santa Fe-Frisco Railroad Depot Rehabilitation Project,
conditioned upon and subject to the subsequent approval of the Texas
Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
B. Accepting the proposal and authorizing the execution ora contract with
American Restoration, Inc. for carpentrywork related to the Paris Santa
Fe-Frisco Railroad Depot Rehabilitation Project, conditioned upon and
subject to the subsequent approval of the Texas Department of
Transportation (TxDOT).

Fe-Frisco Railroad Depot Rehabilitation Project, conditioned upon and
subject to the subsequent approval of the Texas Department of

Accepting the proposal and authorizing the execution ora contract with
Jamar Contractors for mechanical work related to the Paris Santa Fe-
Frisco Railroad Depot Rehabilitation Project, conditioned upon and
subject to the subsequent approval of the Texas Department of
Transportation (TxDOT).
Accepting the proposal and authorizing the execution of a contract with
Phoenix I Restoration and Construction, Ltd. for electrical work related
to the Paris Santa Fe~Frisco Railroad Depot Rehabilitation Project,
conditioned upon and subject to the subsequent approval of the Texas
Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
Accepting the proposal and authorizing the execution of a contract with
Phoenix I Restoration and Construction, Ltd. for miscellaneous work
related to the Paris Santa Fe-Frisco Railroad Depot Rehabilitation
Project, conditioned upon and subject to the subsequent approval of
the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
Consolidating the Thursday and Monday meetings for October.
Amending the date of a public hearing on the expanded sc~pe of the
pro rata sanitary sewer extension for the Cope Addition along
Meadowlark, Mockingbird, Cope, and Pine Mill Road.
Accepting and approving the Paris Visitors and Convention Council,
Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, Budget for the fiscal year
October 1, 2001, to September 30, 2002.
Approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order Number One
(1) with Stephens & Sons Concrete for the Long Avenue Water, Sewer,
and Street improvement Project.
Approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order Number One
(1) with Richard Drake Construction for preparation of site work around
the new nested "T" hangars at Cox Field Airport.

Appointing members to the Library Advisory Board.
Appointing representatives to the Northeast Texas Library System.
Authorizing the execution of an Electric Supply Agreement with the
Winning Bidder for the Electric Load of Cities Aggregation Power
Project, Inc. (CAPP) upon confirmation of economic benefit to the City.
Approving and authorizing the execution of a Lease Agreement
between the City of Paris and the Archers for Christ for use of
properties located at Lake Crook.
Approving the extension of Emergency Medical Services to that area of
Lamar County, State of Texas, outside the city limits of the city of Paris
and authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Contract
between the City of Paris and the County of Lamar for such emergency
medical services.

Authorizing the solicitation of proposals for Delinquent Tax Attorney
services.
Approving and authorizing the negotiation of a professional services
agreement with Accela, Inc. for the provision of software, equipment,
and software application services for the implementation of a web-
based code enforcement and permitting system.
Provide additional direction to City staff and clarification of the fees for rental
hangars, including fees for the new T-Hangar.
Consideration of and action on directing the City Manager and City Attorney
to negotiate an agreement with StarNet Online Systems for non-exclusive use
of the City's water tower for the placement of antennas.
Discuss and consider possible action on acquiring necessary equipment and
implementing policy changes to accept approved credit cards in payment of
City fees.
