1788 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1741 ESTABLISHED TREE PRESERVATION COMMITTEERESOLUTION NO. 1788 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
in Resolution No. 1741 establish a Tree Preservation Committee; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of Dick Wright as Realtor and Connie
Justice as Alternate, Marcus Roden as a Business Person and Mrs.
Hoyle Barr as a Member-at-Large from the Council of Garden Clubs,
have expired, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette,
having re-appointed such persons to serve on the Tree Preservation
Committee for a term of two (2) years, beginning January l, 1977
and ending December 31, 1978, and has submitted the names of such
persons to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the re-appointments~of Dick Wright as Realtor and
Connie Justice as Alternate, Marcus Roden as a Business Person
and Mrs. Hoyle Barr as a Member-at-Large from the Council of
Garden Clubs, on the Tree Preservation Committee, for a term of
two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1977, and ending December 31,
1978, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the
City Council of the City of Paris.
