____ RES COMMISSIONERS COURT OF LAMAR COUNTY PARTICIPATED IN ESTABLISHMENT OF COX FIELD JOINT AIRPROT ZONING BOARD IN 1958RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Commissioners Court of Lamar County did par-
ticipate in the establishment of the Cox Field Joint Airport Zoning
Board in 1958; and,
WHEREAS, said Commissioners Court has the responsibility of
appointing two (2) members to said Board; and,
WHEREAS, B. M. Felty served on the original Board and is
recommended for re-appointment; and,
WHEREAS, Otis Waggoner, Mayor of Reno, is willing to serve
and is recommended; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF LAMAR
COUNTY, That B. M. Felty and Otis Waggoner be appointed to the
Cox Field Joint Airport Zoning Board for a term of four (4) years,
beginning January 1, 1977 and ending December 31, 1980.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of March, 1977.
