1791 RES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 46-3(2) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT OF 2 MEMBERS TO COX FIELD JOINT AIRPORT ZONING BOARDRESOLUTION NO. 1791
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Article
46e-3(2) of Vernon's Annotated Texas Statutes and Section 6-4(b) of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, the City Council of the
City of Paris is responsible for the appointment of two (2) members
of the Cox Field Joint Airport Zoning Board; and,
WHEREAS, Wayne W. Ward and Willie D. Ausmus are well
and truly qualified to be appointed as members of the Cox Field
Joint Airport Zoning Board; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, 1hat Wayne W. Ward and Willie D. Ausmus are hereby
appointed as members of the Cox Field Joint Airport Zoning Board
for a term of four (4) years, beginning January 1, 1977 and ending
December 31, 1980.
