1795 RES CITY COUNCIL ON RES NO 1068 ESTABLISHED POLICY GOVERNING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARIS FIRE DEPTRESOLUTION NO. 1795 ,
WHEREAS, the City Council did by Resolution No. 1068 establish
a policy governing the duties and responsibilities of the Paris Fire
Department; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to amend that policy by de-
fining the area of first run response for the Fire Department of the
City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the area in which the Fire Department of the City
of Paris should give first run response to is exhibited on Exhibit A
attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the policy of the City of Paris, as stated in Resolution
No. 1068, is hereby amended by establishing the area depicted on
Exhibit A attached hereto as the area of first run response for the
Fire Department of the City of Paris; said Resolution No. 1068 is in
all other things ratified.
