1798 RES CITY COUNCIL IN ORD NO 2320 ESTABLISHED PARKS HOSPITAL AUTHORITYRESOLUTION NOo 1798 ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in
Ordinance No. 2320 establish the Paris Hospital Authority, to be
governed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven (7) members,
whose terms are for two (2) years; and,
WHEREAS, it is proper to appoint the following persons,
recommended by the Mayor of the City of Paris, to serve as such
Directors: J. R. Hutchison, M. D. Misso, Opal Nahas, Ruth Perkins,
Ralph Rodgers, Leland Smith and Homer Thornton, Jr. ; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That J. R. Hutchison, M. D. Misso, Opal Nahas, Ruth Perkins,
Ralph Rodgers, Leland Smith and Homer Thornton, Jr. , be, and they
are hereby appointed member. s of the Board of Directors of the
Paris Hospital Authority, to serve from April l, 1977 through March
31, 1979.
