1778 RES CITY COUNCIL IS IN AGREEMENT WITH MANNER IN WHICH TX MUNICPAL LEAGUE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION JOINT INSURANCE FUND IS OPERATEDRESOLUTION NO. 1778
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in agree-
ment with the manner in which the Texas Municipal League
Workmen's Compensation Joint Insurance Fund has operated; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is entitled to cast votes for three
(3) members of the Board of Trustees of said Fund; and,
WHEREAS, Abe Allen, JuaNita Brodecky and Don Cheatham
are presently serving as Trustees and are available for re-election;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City of Paris cast its votes for Abe Allen, JuaNita
Brodecky and Don Cheatham for Trustees of the Texas Municipal
League Workmen's Compensation Joint Insurance Fund.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of December, 1976.
