1764 RES ARTICLE 4436a-1 REQUIRES ADVISORY BOARD CONSIST OF 7 MEMBERSRESOLUTION NO. 1764
WHEREAS, Article 4436a-1 of Vernon's Annotated Civil
Statutes requires that the Advisory Board of Health of the City of
Paris and County of Lamar shall consist of seven (7) members
who are resident citizens of Lamar County who have resided
within the County for a period of more than three (3) years next
preceding the time of their appointment; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M.
Brunette, has recommended the appointments of Mrs. Printis Ellis,
William Leon Kelley and C. D. McMillan; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That appointments of Mrs. Printis Ellis and
William Leon Kelley for terms ending December 31, 1977 and
appointment of C. D. McMillan for a term ending June 30, 1978,
be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the
City Council of the City of Paris.
