1762 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERHSIP OF P&Z COMM AND IT'S NECESARRY TO APPOINT ADDITIONAL MEMBERRESOLUTION NO. 1762 ,
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris and it is
necessary to appoint an additional member, and the Mayor of the
City of Paris, James M. Brunette, having appointed Lee C. Pruitt
to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 12, 1976 and
ending June 30, 1979, and has submitted the name of such person
to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That the appointment of Lee C. Pruitt, as a member of
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for a
term of three (3) years, beginning July 12, 1976 and ending June 30,
1979, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved
and confirmed.
