1759 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF J D MCLAUGHLIN ET AL ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF HOUSING AUTHORITY WILL EXPIRE JUNE 30 1976RESOLUTION NO. 1759 ,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. D. McLaughlin and Oneal
Smith on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the
City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1976; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to fill the vacancies which will be
created by the expiration of their terms; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by the
Mayor, James M. Brunette, that J. D. McLaughlin and Oneal Smith be
re-appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1,
1976 and ending June 30, 1978; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That J. D. McLaughlin and Oneal Smith, be, and they are
hereby re-appointed as members of the Board of Commissioners of
the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, for a t erm of two (2)
years, beginning July l, 1976 and ending June 30, 1978.
