1760 RES BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PARIS PUBLIC LIBRARY SHALL CONSIST OF 5 MEMBERSRESOLUTION N0. 1760
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Paris Public Library
shall consist of not less than five (5) members nor more than twelve
(12) members, in accordance with Section 17-16 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, Courtney Townsend's term has expired as a
member of the Board of Directors of the Paris Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, as required by Section 17-16, the Board of
Directors has heretofore recommended Pat M. Bassano to fill the
vacancy; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Pat M. Bassano, a resident of the City of Paris, be, and
he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Board of
Directors of the Paris Public Library through June 30, 1977, or until
his successor is appointed.
