1746 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1683 DECLARES ITS INTENTION IN COOPERATING WITH TX HIGHWAY DEPTRESOLUTION NO. 1746
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in
Resolution No. 1683 declare its intention in cooperating with the
Texas Highway Department to be eligible for assistance under the
Federal Aid Urban System Program; and,
WHEREAS, an integral part of said program is the approval
of an Urban Function Classification Map; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That the Final Urban Function Classification Map, be,
and the same is hereby approved and adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk of the
City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to mark a copy of
said map as follows: FINAL URBAN FUNCTION CLASSIFICATION
MAP, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PARIS BY THE PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION NO. 1746 ON
THE 8TH DAY OF MARCH, 1976, and to place the same in the
official records of the City of Paris.
