1732 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1687 APPROVED AND AUTHORIZED EXECUTION OF CONTRACT FOR COMPUTER SERVICESRESOLUTION NO. 1732 ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
in Resolution No. 1687 approve and authorize the execution of a con-
tract for computer services between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas
and Paris Junior College, Paris, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adjust the terms of the previously
authorized contract in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette, be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Paris the contract for computer services with Paris Junior
College, upon the terms and conditions and in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
