1729 RES COP BY ADOPTING OF ELECTRICAL ORDINANCE PROVIDED FOR APPOINTMENT OF ELECTRICAL BOARDRESOLUTION NO. 122 .
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, by its adoption of an Electrical
Ordinance, provided for t he appointment of an Electrical Board; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Frank Horne, George Crane
and Bill Adams, Members of said Board, will expire on December 31,
1975, and James A. Hickman has resigned as a Member of said
Board; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M.
Brunette, has recommended to the City Council the re -appointment of
Frank Horne, George Crane and Bill Adams, and the appointment of
Thomas Robinson, to serve as members of the Electrical Board, for
a term of two (2) years, beginning Janta ry 1, 1976 and ending
December 31, 1977; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, Zhat the recommendation of the Mayor be accepted and
approved, and that the re -appointment of Frank Horne, George Crane
and Bill Adams, and the appointment of Thomas Robinson, as Members
of the Electrical Board, for a period of two (2) years, beginning
January 1, 1976 and ending December 31, 1977, be, and the same are
hereby made.
