1723 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1713 APPROVED AGREEMENT BETWEEN ST OF TX, COP AND JOHN C CULPEPPER JRRESOLUTION NO. 1723 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
in Resolution No. 1713 approve an agreement between the State of
Texas, the City of Paris and John C. Culpepper, Jr. as owner of
Village Green Shopping Center, thereafter renamed Mirabeau Square
Shopping Center; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is agreeable
to the conditions of a new agreement, which replaces the agreement
above referred to, such new agreement being attached hereto as
Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That James M. Brunette, Mayor of the City of Paris, be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Paris, the agreement with the State of Texas, the City of
Paris and John C. Culpepper, Jr, as owner of the Mirabeau Square
Shopping Center, upon the terms and condtions and in the form
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
