1721 RES CITY COUNCIL RECENTLY ANNEXED COX FIELD AIRPORT PROPERTYRESOLUTION NO. 1721 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has recently
annexed the Cox Field Airport property; and,
WHEREAS, such property was annexed under the temporary
zoning classification of Agricultural; and,
WHEREAS, some of said property is being used for other than
agricultural, and the future use of said property is indicated for other
than agricultural purposes; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Cox Field property, as the same appears on
Exhibit A attached hereto, be, and the same is hereby referred to
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for its
recommendations concerning the proper zoning of the same; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a public hearing be held
before the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning said property
at 7:00 0' clock P. M. , in the Municipal Court Room, Police and Courts
Building, Paris, Texas, on the 5th day of January, 1976, and that a
public hearing be held before the City Council of the City of Paris, at
7:00 0' clock P. M. , in the Municipal Court Room, Police and Courts
Building, Paris, Texas, on the 12th day of January, 1976.
