1709 RES CITY COUNCIL ON 26TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1972 BY RES NO 1519 ADOPTED OPERATIONS MANUAL FOR COX FIELDRESOLUTION NO. 1709
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did, on the
26th day of October, 1972, by Resolution No. 1519, adopt the
"Operations Manual for Cox Field, Paris, Texas"; and,
WHEREAS, the Airport Manager did prepare Change 4, dated
15 July 1975, to said Operations Manual, in accordance with recom -
mendations by Federal Aviation Administration, and presented the
same to the Airport Advisory Board, which recommended the adoption
of the same; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in agree-
ment with the content of said Change 4; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN CIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the "Operations Manual for Cox Field, Paris, Texas",
be, and it is hereby revised in accordance with Change 4 attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said Change 4
be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris, to be filed with
said Operations Manual as a part of the official records of the City
of Paris.
