1702 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1660 AUTHORIZED EXECUTION OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTRESOLUTION NO. 1702 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore,
in Resolution No. 1660, authorize the execution of a contractual agree-
ment for right of way utility adjustment, dated February 10, 1975, be-
tween the State of Texas, the City of Paris and Lone Star Gas
Company, for the relocation of 225 feet of 2 inch gas distribution
line, at a cost of $593. 50; and,
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the cost of such
relocation is $662. 90 and that Exhibit A attached hereto shall be in
lieu of Exhibit A attached to Resolution No. 1660; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor, James M. Brunette, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the
contractual agreement for right of way utility adjustment, dated July 14,
1975, between the State of Texas, the City of Paris and Lone Star Gas
Company, upon the terms and conditions and in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
