1657 RES COP RECEIVED REQUEST FROM RICHARD B SWINT FOR EASEMENT OF ROWRESOLUTION NO. 1657 .
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has received a request from
Richard B. Swint for an easement of right of way to property he owns
adjacent to the North Boundary Line of City of Paris Lake Crook pro-
perty; and,
WHEREAS, the easement requested is described in accordance
with Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is of the opinion
that said easement should be subject to certain restrictions; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris an
easement to Richard B. Swint describing the property in accordance
with Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said grant of easement, be,
and the same is hereby made subject to the following:
1. The City of Paris have no obligation to improve the
easement granted or connecting roadways to said
easement.
2. The City of Paris have no obligation to open, re-open
or keep open any road across City property to provide
ingress and egress to the easement herein granted.
